I download & open the package but couldn't find any instructions, will it need any serials to install ?

Quick steps:

1. double click chip.de installer & on launch screen click on the button "Internet".
2. browser will open the registration page of the manufacturer, here you enter all required data.
3. by mail, you now get a confirmation link first and then the user name plus code.
4. proceed to install, insert ID & registration number... reboot....
5. than enter registration again & you're done!

It is English .
After the installation was completed the program interface is in English ( at least at me ).
When I saw this offer for the first time I had no time to install the program to test it and I don't opened a thread because at the promo page says ''Deutsch - German'' .... so thanks again ''noacount'' .
